Visualization is when we use our concentrated mind to consciously imagine, remember and explore something.  With this technique we can go beyond the five senses and we can get insights and objective knowledge about the object of our investigation.  

Visualization is not fantasy or daydreaming where the mind chatters without conscious direction.  Visualization has order, structure and direction.   It can be an incredible ability that can assist you in your esoteric investigations here in the physical worlds as well as in other dimensions and it can assist you in your journey to spiritual transformation.
